Volunteer effort improves student veterans housing at NMSU

Community Snapshot: With the help of 140 volunteers, the New Mexico State University Student Veterans Housing project on Nov. 9 resulted in 24 renovated homes in the Tom Fort Village. ASNMSU spearheaded the project that included painting the exterior and providing yard maintenance. NMSU is one of a few universities in the country to offer on-campus housing for student veterans and their families.
